This statement discloses the privacy practices for marketsight.com (the "Site"), an online service of MarketSight LLC. We have created this privacy and security statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security and to provide the basis for our customer relationships. These guidelines have been developed with the recognition that Internet technologies are rapidly evolving, and that underlying business models are still not established. Accordingly, guidelines are subject to change, and may be changed without prior notification or notice.
2. Information provided by users

given by our users only to enhance their experience. marketsight.com
will not rent, sell, or otherwise share your information with any

3. Other information collected by site

6. Subscribe / unsubscribe
Upon request, marketsight.com will remove the email address you have provided to subscribe to our mail list from our marketing email list, thereby canceling your subscription. To unsubscribe, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting removal from our marketing email list. Remember to provide the email address you used when subscribing.
Please note that some non-marketing communications are not subject to general opt-out. These include communications related to sales transactions; information about software upgrades, patches, and fixes; and disclosures to comply with legal requirements.
On occasion, marketsight.com may use a third party permission-based list to send communications about MarketSight. These are lists maintained by third parties whose users have consented to receive emails from other companies, such as MarketSight LLC.
