Michael DeNitto
CEO
Michael led the formation of MarketSight LLC in October of 2006 in partnership with the Monitor Group.
He has overall responsibility for the company. Prior to the creation of MarketSight, Michael was the
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Monitor Software, a division of the Monitor Group, where he
was responsible for developing new markets for Monitor’s software products and service offerings.
Prior to joining Monitor, Michael held several key sales and marketing positions at leading software and
media companies, such as Consumers Union, publisher of Consumer Reports Magazine and
Consumer Reports Online where he developed new content licensing and delivery channels. Prior to that,
Michael led the development of alliances and distribution channels for Revenio, a venture-backed startup
and innovative developer of CRM software. Before Revenio, Michael was Vice President of Business Development
for Cahners Business Information, a division of Reed-Elsevier. Prior to that, Michael held product development
and business development positions at Industry.Net, AT&T, Open Software Foundation, and ZDNet where he was a
founding team member. Michael holds a B.A. in Psychology from Dickinson College.
Oleg Sheyner
Software Development Director
Oleg is responsible for managing the Software Development organization at MarketSight and providing
technical direction and vision for the company. He brings over 10 years of academic research and software
development experience. Prior to MarketSight, Oleg worked on mathematically-challenging hardware
verification problems at Synopys, a market-leading maker of software for digital circuit design,
verification, and synthesis. His software consulting experience includes ground-up design and
implementation of custom Web .NET solutions to meet unique business challenges in software off-shoring.
Oleg holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.Eng. in Electrical
Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
Sebastian Wargacki
Director of Client Services
Sebastian oversees the Client Services group at MarketSight, managing Customer Support, Data Services,
and Sales Engineering. He brings his extensive experience in strategy consulting with a focus on
quantitative market research and data analysis techniques. Sebastian joined MarketSight from the
Monitor Group, where he managed the Sales Engineering and Data Services Groups for Monitor Software.
In this capacity, he was a key early member of the MarketSight team. Prior to that, he worked for the
strategy consulting division of the Economist Group, specializing in strategy development and business
transformation cases. He advised clients from the global telecommunications, media and technology
industries, providing market and industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, internal capabilities
assessment, and growth opportunity analysis. Sebastian completed his undergraduate studies
at the University of Lodz, Poland, and holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business from the
University of Massachusetts.
Mark Budreski
Director of Sales
Mark brings 10 plus years of sales and management experience to MarketSight LLC and has been a key member of
the sales & marketing organization since the company’s inception. Prior to joining MarketSight, Mark
worked for Monitor Software, a Monitor Group company. In this role, he helped develop a commercial sales
channel for viable software offerings, and was instrumental in the success of MarketSight’s initial
launch. Prior to his work with Monitor, Mark held management posts at two successful start-up
ventures – Shareholder.com & Bridge-line Software. Mark has worked with a broad base of premier global
clients including marketing research firms, consulting organizations, and analyst firms. Mark holds a
B.A. from the University of Massachusetts where he graduated with a concentration in technical writing
and a minor in psychology.
Jamie Regan
Director of Sales
Jamie has over 12 years of business management and sales leadership experience at both start-up
technology companies and well-established bricks and mortar businesses. At MarketSight he is
responsible for driving growth via new client acquisition and establishing strategic partnerships
with market research firms in the US and abroad. Before joining MarketSight, Jamie was part of the
sales team at Monitor Software, a division of the Monitor Group, where he was a key member of the
team behind MarketSight’s commercial launch. Prior to that, Jamie worked at Yankee Group as
Senior High Growth Account Executive where he focused on the Wireless and Media & Entertainment
sectors. Jamie was also part of the sales team at Shareholder.com in the late 1990’s. As General
Manager at Universal Compression in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Jamie led a highly successful
expansion of turn-key gas compression solutions into the Southern Cone of South America. Jamie
began his career as a prep school teacher at the prestigious Harvard-Westlake School in
Los Angeles. Jamie holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University. He speaks Spanish and
Brazilian Portuguese fluently.
Michele Beckley
Operations Manager
Michele oversees MarketSight’s Accounting, HR, and Administrative functions. Prior to joining MarketSight,
Michele was a member of the Monitor Software Team at the Monitor Group, where she managed internal operations
for the Sales and Marketing Team. Before joining Monitor, Michele managed administrative functions at
Global Artist Management, an artist management company representing Godsmack, Fuel and other Grammy-nominated
rock bands. Michele began her career as a professional singer and actress working on stage and in commercials
while earning her SAG and Equity cards, including a four-year run as a lead singer on five Royal Caribbean
cruise ships. Michele holds a B.A. in Music from the University of Miami in Florida.
