Nick is a Customer Success Specialist, working with clients to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction and retention, as well as with the software development team to advocate customer needs, resolve issues, and provide input for product enhancements.

Previously he worked as a research specialist, analyzing product data to evaluate and optimize service programs. Prior to this role worked as a research assistant at Beth Israel Hospital in the transplant unit. Nick graduated with a Master’s in psychology from Boston University in 2014. His primary research studies involved understanding the contiguity effect in memory and learning, smoking cessation in bipolar patients, and the effect of exercise on depressive symptoms. Outside of work, you can find Nick pushing the limits of his parkour skills or completing a Rubik’s cube in under 30 seconds.
